We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping to the lower 48 States. Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska is available with a shipping fee. Please e-mail or phone us for a shipping rate quote. We do not ship to Canada due to Canadian Transport Regulations or outside of the USA. Exception, we will ship the XB-502 and XB-610 Electric Bicycles to Canada in addition to a $100 shipping charge.

Our daily shipping cutoff time is 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST will generally ship on the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PST will ship on the following business day.
Example: If you place your order online before 11:00 p.m. PST on a Sunday, your order will normally ship the following shipping day, Monday. If your estimated transit time is 3 days (Tues, Wed, Thurs), your estimated delivery day is Thursday.

You will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation, the name of the shipping company and the tracking number after your shipment is prepared.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping Costs: The cost ranges from approximately $100 to $250 on expedited shipping for an electric or gas standup scooter by FedEx/UPS 2 Day or from $140 to $250 on FedEx Standard Overnight & Priority Overnight. The cost will vary by package weight and traveling distance. Shipping rates are available in the shopping cart during check out.

NOTE: Expedited Shipping is NOT available for Electric Bicycles, Mopeds, Pocket Bikes and Mobility Scooters. These models only ship by Freight.

All Scooters are shipped from X-Treme Scooters Warehouse located in the State of Washington. Please see the shipping transit time maps below.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
We do not offer COD.
FedEx & UPS does not count Saturday, Sunday or Holidays and the day it ships for ground service.
