The XM-3000 is a DOT certified Motor Vehicle. This is Not A Toy Scooter. It is likely you will need a drivers or motorcycle license to operate this bike. Consult your local DMV for more details.

Each XM-3000 includes a VIN and MCO / MSO certificate that you can take to your local DMV office in exchange for a Title (Pink Slip) and License Plate / Registration. Registering it as a moped will offer the lowest fee's at your DMV office.

This item ships by UPS Freight. Shipping is free as long as you pick it up at your nearest terminal. Alternatively you can choose delivery to your door for $50. If you do not live in a major city, or close to a terminal, we suggest you pay the $50 to have it delivered directly to your residence.
